Wire Park

Wire Park builds on the rich history and character of a longtime economic anchor for the community of Watkinsville, Georgia - the Southwire manufacturing plant.

With this project, Gibbs Capital revitalized this great corridor through the redevelopment of the Southwire industrial park and transformed it into a vibrant mixed-use development that serves and supports the community.

Wire Park is a place for people to gather and enjoy a multitude of amenities. Wire Park’s footprint spans more than 60 acres, complete with curated shops and restaurants, public greenspace, creative workspaces, residential homes and condos, and pristine woodlands.
