The Hatchery

Originally established as the Thaxton Hatchery, the Hatchery was first established in 1957 as a locally-owned turkey hatchery in downtown Watkinsville.

In 2017, Gibbs Capital renovated the existing structure and turned it into a series of commercial offices and warehouse spaces. This is one of our favorite properties because of its historical significance and proximity to downtown Watkinsville.
